Unternehmen:

  The Germany Field Marketing Manager must work independently and as a part of the EMEA Field Marketing organization. This person is responsible of the coordination of GTM programs for Germany as well as communication pieces to be delivered to the German audiences (Customers, Partners, Analysts, influencers). This person will have to work with the representative of the different Lines of Business teams to achieve the global marketing and sales objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for developing a comprehensive outbound marketing awareness plan as well as “radiate programs” to help to generate incremental business in to the existing customer installed base. The position requires an in-depth understanding of marketing fundamentals, mix program management (events, communication pieces such as customer newsletters, relationships with an ecosystem, …).

Aufgaben:

Launch the “Radiate” programs for Germany and DACH
Work with the different segment teams to develop the “Go-To-Market” awareness strategies to support the German sales strategy and segment growth.
Ensure the development and maintenance of collateral and support materials to increase exposure and sales success.
Create direct marketing campaigns (multiple mediums)
Working with the rest of the Field Marketing organization that drives radiation campaigns within the customer installed base.
Develop marketing deliverables against other lead generation plans.

Anforderungen:

Well-founded marketing experience
Good communication skills are required. Frequent interactions with external audience (customer, press agency, local analysts and influencers, …)
Demonstrated success in developing and managing marketing awareness plans including regular newsletters and written documents to external audience.
Demonstrated experience in driving collaborative team efforts.
Management of priorities and execution deadlines is required
Experience in the Technology sector is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Marketing or Marketing Communications or equivalent experience.
