Specialist in SAP terms with a prior coverage of at least 2-3 modules relevant to customer service industries: CS,PM, (CRM) Leads a team of eventually 5-10 SAP business consultants and key users in Germany, UK and other European countries who are reporting into this position in a line environment (80% of time) Supports business development activites in Germany, UK and other European countries (20% of time) Manages relationships and integrates with colleagues from Germany, UK, US and India Business consulting attitude and experience, i.e. customer facing, capable of conversing in business language, translating business requirements into specifications, guiding the customer, leading teams 8+ years of actual SAP functional experience in at least 3 modules relevant to Aftermarket and Customer Services, which are CS,PM(CRM), Experience with 3rd party CS applications like Maximo Prior experience as a customer service teamlead in a SAP project environment Experience with both discrete and process manufacturing as well as engineer-to-order 5+ full SAP project implementation lifecycles in configuration and leadership position in the CS domain Fluent in German and English |
