Executive Portal with new functions and partners
The executive recruiting portal www.ExecutiveBase.com launched in Autumn 2004 has expanded its offer for managers and personnel consultants in the German-speaking region with extended functions and new cooperation partners.
Many executive search consultants have been complaining increasingly about the lack of willingness of executives to change jobs. On payment of a fee (starting from 9.95 €), executives who are actively seeking a change in profession can choose a suitable agent from over 250 personnel consultants and headhunters according to the required branches and specializations and contact them using the posted data. Personnel consultants will help the portal’s Manager Databank to identify qualified candidates who are willing to change and thus aid in filling their posts. Regular contributions and articles by personnel consultants and coaches on topics such as Business Networking, Career Management and Recruiting round off the new offer.
ExecutiveBase’s new cooperation partner is mental guide GmbH (www.mental-guide.com) based in Basel. The company aims at making meditation fit for everyday life in the western world and has judiciously linked meditation experiences that have been practiced for thousands of years with contemporary media such as the Internet and mp3 for this purpose. mental guide GmbH offers executives a Blended Learning process with simple and effective methods and tools for competent leadership, development of competencies and energy management. New job exchange for executives in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Companies, headhunters and executives can now discover common ground even faster and in a better manner. ExecutiveBase (www.ExecutiveBase.com) launched an Executive Portal in the market with a new concept in September 2004. The special feature of the system with its attractive new price model is that it exclusively targets upper-level executives as well as corresponding personnel managers and personnel consultants from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

ExecutiveBase’s offer ranges from monthly subscriptions to annual memberships with various paid membership variants and other value added services. Thus executives with full membership can also access an extensive databank containing important personnel consultancy services and companies can similarly access the Manager Databank. Membership costs for executives amount to 19 € for a monthly subscription or 189 € for a whole year. Companies are required to pay 109 € for a monthly subscription or 989 € for a year.
This model ensures that the candidates’ pool always has the latest entries and is of a high quality. Companies and headhunters have the advantage of finding suitable candidates quickly and efficiently. They can search a current databank for managers looking for new professional challenges.
