ExecutiveBase GmbH (ExecutiveBase) hereby states according to § 33 par. 1 of the 'Bundesdatenschutzgesetz ' (Federal Data Protection Act) that ExecutiveBase stores personal data of members in machine-readable form and mechanically processes such data for contractual purposes. The data is correspondingly stored and processed in conformity with the Hessian Data Protection Act.

Strict confidentiality of all personal data is of the greatest importance to us. ExecutiveBase does not forward its members’ data to third parties. In particular, your name and your e-mail address are generally never passed on to third parties.

With the help of the various settings provided in the portal, ExecutiveBase members themselves can determine whether and to what extent their personal data should be made available to other members.

We use session cookies on our websites to ensure smooth functioning. We do not use cookies to collect personal data.

Credit card information and banking data is transmitted via an https link using a secure 128-Bit SSL encryption.

We have undertaken technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data provided by you from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access.

All our members and third parties involved in data processing are obligated to comply with the Federal Data Protection Act and handle personal data confidentially.
